A mental health service provider in Cape May County is seeking a Seasonal Behavioral Technician. The role provides emotional and behavioral support to children with developmental disabilities, with flexible hours between 5–20 hours per week. Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Either 3 years relevant experience or 1 year experience with valid RBT certification.
• Must complete NJ CSOC Behavioral Assistant Certification within 6 months of hire.
• Valid New Jersey Driver’s License and proof of auto insurance.
• Must pass all state and federal background checks.
• Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) candidates encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-physical, emotional, and behavioral support to children and families.
• Implement strategies outlined in each child’s Individual Support Plan.
• Conduct functional assessments.
• Use redirection strategies to manage behavioral concerns.
• Complete and submit weekly notes and required documentation.
