Job summary

Neuropath Behavioral Healthcare is hiring Seasonal Behavioral Technicians to support children with developmental and intellectual disabilities in-home, in-community, and in-center across Atlantic County, NJ.

Positions offer 5–20 hours weekly with evening shifts; pay includes a $300 sign-on bonus. You will implement individualized supports, monitor safety, and participate in regular case reviews and trainings while maintaining compliance with all agency guidelines.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available).
• Must complete NJ CSOC Behavioral Assistant Certification within 6 months of hire.
• Must pursue RBT Certification within 6 months of hire.
• Excellent communication and reliability in email and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-physical, emotional, and behavioral support to children and families.
• Ensure client safety and well-being during visits.
• Implement strategies from each child’s Individual Support Plan.
• Conduct basic functional assessments and ADLs.
• Use redirection strategies for behavioral concerns.
• Submit visit notes promptly after each session.
