Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through a passion for beauty and to engage clients with a consultative approach, ensuring an excellent overall client experience. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandising sets and support replenishment and visual standards according to Sephora at Kohl’s standards.

Responsibilities

Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying needs and upsell products.
Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends credibility to clients.
Inspire clients through product demonstrations and application.
Complete all required training to expand knowledge.
Maintain Sephora at Kohl’s visual merchandising and department standards.
Support omni-processing within the department.
Assist with inventory management from receipt to sale, including replenishment and price changes.
Communicate missed or damaged product/fixtures to the supervisor.
