Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through a passion for beauty and deliver an outstanding client experience. You will build expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets, and support replenishment and visual standards following Sephora at Kohl's guidelines.

You will engage clients, identify needs, upsell products, demonstrate application, and participate in training to expand knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing retail or service industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to influence customers clearly and concisely.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to clients.
• Showcase products and applications to inspire customers and boost sales.
• Maintain Sephora visual merchandising and department hygiene standards.
• Assist with omni-processing and inventory from receipt to sale.
• Report damaged products and communicate with supervisors.
