Job summary

Kohl's, at the Sephora Beauty at Kohl's counter, is seeking a Beauty Advisor who will drive sales through an authentic passion for beauty and engage clients with a consultative approach to deliver an excellent overall experience.

You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets, support replenishment and visual standards, and participate in required training to expand product knowledge and skills.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty and client engagement.
• Experience in client-facing retail or service roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build client loyalty and identify needs to drive sales, including upsell opportunities.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to clients.
• Demonstrate products and applications to inspire purchases.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora visual merchandising and standards, tester maintenance, cleanliness.
• Support omni-processing within the department.
• Assist inventory from receipt to sale, including replenishment and price changes.
• Communicate missed/damaged product or fixtures to supervisor.
