Qualifications

• Experience in beauty or client-facing retail is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build client loyalty and influence purchases by identifying needs and upselling products.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to clients.
• Demonstrate and apply products to drive sales.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora visual merchandising and department standards.
