Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through a passion for beauty and consult with clients to identify needs, delivering an excellent client experience. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets and support replenishment and visual standards according to Sephora at Kohl’s standards.

• Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Demonstrate credibility through knowledge of products and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients by demonstrating products and applications to drive sales.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora at Kohl’s visual merchandising and department standards.
• Support inventory management from receipt to sale, including replenishment and counts.
• Assist with omni-channel processing within the department.
• Flag missed or damaged product/fixtures to the supervisor.
