Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through authentic beauty expertise and consultative client needs. You’ll maintain product knowledge, execute visual merchandising, and support replenishment to uphold Kohl’s Sephora standards.

You will build client loyalty, upsell where appropriate, and participate in training to expand knowledge while delivering an excellent in-store experience day and evening shifts, holidays included.

Qualifications

• Passion for beauty and product knowledge.
• Retail or service experience with client interaction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying needs and suggesting products.
• Demonstrate credibility through product knowledge and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients by demonstrating products and application techniques.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Execute Sephora at Kohl’s visual merchandising and stock standards.
• Support inventory management from receipt to sale.
