Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through authentic beauty expertise and consultative client engagement. You will maintain product knowledge, support replenishment and visual standards according to Sephora at Kohl's guidelines, and upsell where appropriate.

You will participate in training to expand knowledge and help maintain department cleanliness, inventory, and merchandising standards across shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Authentic passion for beauty.
• Experience in client-facing retail or service environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Availability across days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by identifying client needs and suggesting products, including upsell opportunities.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to clients.
• Demonstrate products and applications to inspire purchase decisions.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Execute Sephora at Kohl's visual merchandising and ensure department cleanliness and hygiene.
• Support inventory, pricing changes and replenishment processes.
• Assist with omni-channel processing within the department.
• Highlight and report missing or damaged product/fixtures to supervisor.
