Kohl’s Sephora at Kohl’s in Grand Junction, CO is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through genuine beauty passion and consultative client engagement. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets, and support replenishment and visual standards.

Key duties include building client loyalty, demonstrating products, and completing trainings to expand knowledge while supporting omni-processing and inventory processes in-store.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence in a clear and concise manner.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales, including upsell opportunities.
• Demonstrate credibility to the client through knowledge of products and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients through product demonstrations and application to drive sales.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Execute and maintain Sephora at Kohl’s visual merchandising and operational standards.
