• Experience in client-facing retail or service industry required.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products and trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client loyalty and identify needs to drive sales, with upsell opportunities.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to clients.
• Inspire clients through product demonstrations and applications to boost sales.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora at Kohl’s visual merchandising and standards.
• Support omni-channel processing within the department.
• Assist inventory management from receipt to sale and price changes.
• Communicate missed or damaged product/fixtures to supervisor.
