Job summary

Kohl's Beauty Advisor position is a dynamic, in-store role where you will drive sales through a genuine passion for beauty and by engaging clients with a consultative approach. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets, and support replenishment and visual standards according to Kohl's guidelines.

You will build client loyalty, demonstrate product knowledge, and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

Authentic passion for beauty.
Client-facing retail experience or service industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to influence.
Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Build client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to clients.
Demonstrate and apply products to show effectiveness and drive sales.
Maintain Sephora at Kohl's visual merchandising and standards.
Support inventory management from receipt to sale and price changes.
Participate in required training to expand knowledge.
Adhere to safety and shortage reduction programs.
Collaborate with team to ensure a positive customer experience.
