Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through a genuine passion for beauty and a consultative approach. You will engage clients, identify needs, and provide expert product recommendations to elevate the customer experience in-store.

You will maintain knowledge of top beauty brands, support replenishment and merchandising standards, and participate in training to expand product expertise. Competitive hourly pay offered.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in beauty and trends.
• Experience in client-facing retail or service roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends credibility.
• Demonstrate and apply products to inspire and upsell customers.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora at Kohl’s visual standards and department cleanliness.
• Support inventory management from receipt to sale and price updates.
• Assist with omni-processing and communicate store needs to supervisors.
• Act with integrity and contribute to an inclusive team culture.
