Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot and work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service by engaging guests to determine needs and answer questions.
• Perform cashier tasks and assist with online orders.
• Keep fixtures stocked and store clean; assist with merchandise resets and in-store events.
• Demonstrate makeup applications and skincare analysis to drive sales.
• Book appointments and support services and events for an enhanced guest experience.
• Stay informed about products and ingredients to better advise guests.
