Qualifications

1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
High school diploma preferred.
Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
Proficient with basic technology (POS, Apple devices).
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships; troubleshoot; work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales and shrink.
Greet and engage each guest, personalize service, answer questions, inform about promotions, and recommend products and services.
Handle customer service, sales, refunds and exchanges and assist with online orders.
Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver guest experience and sales.
Stay informed about products and services and communicate benefits to guests.
Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
