Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest experiences, perform makeup applications, and assist with events and services in-store. You will greet guests, tailor recommendations, and upsell products while maintaining store cleanliness and compliance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales and shrink.
• Provide exceptional service by greeting guests, personalizing service, answering questions, informing about promotions, and recommending products.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, exchanges and assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments and support services and in-store events to deliver a premier guest experience.
• Stay informed about new and existing products to better serve guests and maintain attendance.
