Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to provide an exceptional guest experience in our store. You will greet guests, perform makeup applications, answer questions, and support events while maintaining clean, stocked fixtures and smooth operations.

This role emphasizes guest service, product knowledge, and teamwork. Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required; prior retail or beauty experience a plus, with a passion for customer care.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and engage with them to determine needs and provide exceptional service
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales
• Keep fixtures stocked, complete cashier tasks, and maintain store cleanliness
• Support in-store events and appointments to deliver an unrivaled guest experience
• Stay informed about products, services, and ingredients to better serve guests
