Ulta Beauty is seeking a Seasonal Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience, assist with sales, and support in-store events. You will greet guests, perform makeup applications, and recommend products to meet individual needs.

This role requires staying informed about products, maintaining store standards, and providing friendly service while hitting sales targets. Flexible schedule includes evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed the store's goals related to retail and service sales.
• Greet and engage each guest, explain promotions, and recommend products and services.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and support in-store events.
• Stay informed about products and ingredients to better assist guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
