Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through a genuine passion for beauty and to engage clients with a consultative approach. You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands and execute Sephora at Kohl’s merchandising and visual standards.

You will build client loyalty, demonstrate product knowledge, and participate in training while supporting inventory, merchandising, and departmental cleanliness. Pay starts at $13.70 per hour.

Qualifications

• Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to influence clearly.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends.
• Inspire clients through product demonstrations and application.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Maintain visual merchandising and department cleanliness.
• Support omni-processing and inventory from receipt to sale.
• Assist with inventory counts and price changes.
• Communicate missed or damaged product/fixtures to supervisor.
