Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Advisor to drive sales through passion for beauty and a consultative approach, delivering an exceptional client experience.

You will maintain expert knowledge of top beauty brands, execute merchandise sets, support replenishment and visual standards, and participate in training to grow product knowledge.

This role requires flexible availability including weekends and holidays, with pay starting at $13.30 per hour.

Qualificações

• Authentic passion for beauty.
• Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Build strong client loyalty by identifying client needs and suggesting products to drive sales, including upsell opportunities.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to establish credibility with clients.
• Inspire clients by demonstrating products and applications to drive sales.
• Complete required training to expand product knowledge.
• Execute Sephora at Kohl's visual merchandising and operational standards.
• Support omni-processing within the department.
• Assist inventory from receipt to sale, including replenishment and price changes.
• Communicate missed or damaged product/fixtures to the supervisor.
