Job summary

Soho House in Miami Beach is seeking a Busser to support servers and management by keeping tables clean, resetting tables, stocking stations, and ensuring guest needs are promptly relayed to waitstaff. Qualifications

Flexible schedule and open to working weekends / holidays (when needed).
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
Detail oriented, able to multitask and perform in demanding, fast-paced environments.
Basic verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Detail all tables before service begins and ensure settings are neat.
Stock all stations and assist with bread warmer and glassware.
Maintain service flow by clearing and resetting tables between courses.
Polish silverware and store pot wash according to local standards.
Complete side work before and after service as required.
Ensure bar cabinet and shelf are stocked before service.
