Job summary

Keystone Resort is seeking a Base Area Operator to help deliver an exceptional guest arrival experience in the base area. You will perform a variety of tasks across the base area to ensure smooth operations and great service throughout the winter season.

The role includes outdoor work, lifting up to 50 lb, and weekend/holiday shifts with a starting wage of $20.00 per hour. Housing is available and employment runs as a winter seasonal 2026/2027.

Qualifications

• Follow safety procedures to protect yourself and teammates.
• Comfortable working outside in seasonal conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb (22.6 kg).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical work.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist base area operations including parking, scanning, and grounds maintenance.
• Act as flexible labor for various projects and events at the resort.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
