Job summary

Vail Resorts in Truckee, CA is hiring Base Area Operator for the Winter Seasonal 2026/2027. You will support base area operations to deliver an incredible arrival experience for guests, with duties spanning parking, scanning, and grounds maintenance including possible snow removal.

Qualifications

• Follow safety procedures and stay aware of hazards.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in seasonal conditions.
• Ability to lift 50 lb and perform physical labor.

• Assist base area operations including parking, scanning, and grounds maintenance.
• Provide support across departments and events as needed.
