Job summary

The Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis seeks a Seasonal Bartender to join our team. You will provide expert knowledge of wine, spirits, and mixed drinks, and assist with beverage garnishes and preparation methods.

Approximate service dates are October to December 2026. Responsibilities include serving at the pool bar, handling orders, processing payments, and maintaining high standards of guest service. Benefits include health and vision insurance, meals, and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Two years bartending or related work experience.
• Ability to pour, mix, and blend a wide variety of drinks.
• Ability to accurately process cash and credit card transactions.
• TIPS & ServSafe certified preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve wines, spirits, and drinks per menu and Four Seasons standards.
• Confirm guest orders with lounge server using POS system.
• Engage guests with descriptions of items, origin, taste, and preparation methods.
• Anticipate guest needs, address concerns, and offer recommendations.
• Close guest checks and process payments accurately.
• Serve food items in the bar area and assist with inventory.
