Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up assigned bars; stock beer, wine, spirits, glassware, ice and garnishes.
• Take and process drink orders; mix and present drinks using recipes; portion control.
• Check IDs and ensure legal service; detect intoxication and follow liquor laws.
• Receive cash, make change, verify charges and process vouchers; secure till.
• Keep bar area clean; organize displays; wash stemware; perform other duties.
