Job summary

Eataly North America is seeking a Seasonal Bartender for our new Eataly Caffè at Hudson Yards in New York. This full-time seasonal role starts in November and runs through early January, offering a vibrant setting to showcase Italian coffee culture and hospitality.

You will prepare drinks, interact with guests, maintain a clean bar, and ensure compliance with health standards while delivering cheerful service.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours, lift up to 50 pounds
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepares drinks, serves wine and bottled beers, and draws draught beer from kegs.
• Interacts with guests, takes orders and serves snacks and drinks.
• Arranges bottles and glasses to make an attractive display and merchandise drinks.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary bar that meets Department of Health standards.
• Complies with all food and beverage regulations.
• Performs other duties as required or assigned
