Job summary

IP Casino Resort Spa - Biloxi is seeking an experienced bartender to welcome guests, mix drinks, and process transactions at the bar. You will maintain bar cleanliness, restock supplies, and ensure a friendly, efficient service experience for customers and staff.

Responsibilities include taking orders, preparing beverages per standard recipes, operating the POS, and monitoring ice and stock levels to support smooth service throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience with beverage preparation and serving.
• Knowledge of standard beverage recipes is a plus.
• Ability to maintain bar cleanliness and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Receive and prepare beverage orders from customers and cocktail servers.
• Mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to memorized standard beverage recipes.
• Serve beverages, using repetitive motions, in accordance with established service procedures.
• Operate cash register and complete transactions according to procedures, and maintain accurate bank.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar area by removing used glasses, napkins, emptying ashtrays, and wiping bar top.
• Greet and communicate with guests in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Prepare written requisitions and orders for bar stock.
• Maintain and replenish ice supply.
