Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests in a friendly courteous manner.
• Receive and prepare beverage orders from food servers, cocktail servers.
• Know what brands of liquor, beer and wine we offer as “comped” beverages.
• Mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to memorized standard beverage recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar area by removing used glasses, napkins, emptying ashtrays and wiping bar top.
• Maintain and replenish ice supply.
• Operate cash register, complete transactions according to procedures, and maintain accurate bank.
• Never serve two drinks at the same time to one person; never a beer and a shot.
• Be aware of intoxicated guests; stay current on care training.
