Beaver Run Resort in Breckenridge, CO, seeks a Lead Bartender for Spencer's Restaurant to craft beverages, host engaging bar experiences, and mentor the bar team in a fast-paced resort setting.

Shifts run afternoons into dinner with occasional brunch events; this on-site, full-time role offers benefits and bonus opportunities. Must have 2+ years bartending and 1+ year supervisory experience, plus strong knowledge of cocktails.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bartending experience in a full-service restaurant, resort, or high-volume setting- preferred.
• 1+ years of lead or supervisory experience in a restaurant or bar environment- preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, beer, wine, and responsible alcohol service- required.
• Experience using a restaurant POS system and handling cash and card transactions accurately- required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation – required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and coworkers in spoken and written English - required.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests and create an engaging bar experience.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and nonalcoholic beverages consistently.
• Lead by example during service and help bartenders prioritize orders.
• Train, coach, and support bartenders and service team members.
• Maintain knowledge of beverage offerings, seasonal features, and local products.
