Job summary

Encore Boston Harbor is seeking an Apprentice Bartender (temporary/seasonal) to support the bartender in beverage preparation and guest service at the bar. You will need strong knowledge of beer, wine, champagne, liquor, and cocktail prep, along with garnish preparation and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Encore Boston Harbor core values and standards are followed.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of the bar before and after service.
• Prepare garnishes and assist with beverage service to bar guests.
• Clean and polish glassware and maintain bar equipment.
• Upsell and replenish beverages while following responsible service regulations.
