Job summary

CHAGEE is seeking energetic Seasonal Charistas in California to prepare tea drinks, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and work during Thanksgiving through New Year’s peak season. This fixed-term role lasts roughly 2–3 months with potential for part-time conversion based on performance.

Responsibilities include following SOPs, learning the menu, and providing fast, friendly service while maintaining a clean work area. Requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year barista experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and follow safety rules and manuals.
• Willingness to learn other responsibilities and ad-hoc tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all drink orders to company standards during high-volume periods.
• Follow SOPs and preparation manual closely.
• Learn menu to introduce new products and share tea insights with customers.
• Provide excellent customer service, especially during peak season.
• Maintain a clean, organized working area and comply with health and safety regulations.
• Efficiently operate POS and handle payments accurately.
