CHAGEE is hiring for a Seasonal Tea Barista (Charista) at our Century City location. This fixed-term role runs from November 2, 2026 to January 15, 2027, with under 29 hours per week and a pathway to permanent part-time for top performers.

You will prepare drinks to standard, engage customers with tea expertise, and uphold SOPs during peak seasonal volume. We value a tea-loving, energetic teammate with strong communication and upselling skills.

Formación

• 1 year of barista experience preferred but not required.
• Food Handler's Permit required within 30 days of start date.
• Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules and manuals.
• Availability to participate in company training before start date.
• Peak availability for evenings, weekends, and public holidays throughout the season.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare all drink orders to company standards with speed and consistency during high-volume peak periods.
• Follow SOPs and preparation manual closely.
• Learn and understand the menu to introduce new products and share tea insights with customers.
• Provide excellent customer service during seasonal rush periods.
• Maintain a clean, organized working area and comply with health and safety regulations.
• Efficiently operate POS and receive payments accurately.
