Qualifications

• Physical stamina to stand and work for long shifts.
• Attention to detail in stocking, cleaning and inventory.
• Basic math for transactions and inventory counts.

• Ability to follow safety and alcohol service guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Stock and maintain bar supplies including beer, liquor and coolers.
• Keep bar and deck clean; buss tables and assist with cleanup.
• Support servers, bartenders and supervisors during shifts.
• Assist with opening prep, setup and daily beer/wine inventories.
• Update beer books and digital menus; monitor and input inventory.
• Assist with costings for beer, liquor and drinks specials.
