Alterra Mountain Company is seeking a Barback at Schweitzer to support bartenders and keep the bar stocked, clean, and organized for service.

You will restock liquor, beer, and supplies, maintain glassware and bar tools, assist with basic drink preparation, and ensure a smooth workflow in a fast-paced mountain resort environment. This is a seasonal, full-time role with tipping; must be 21+ and no background check required.

Qualifications

• English reading, writing and basic math required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Stock bar supplies (beer, liquor, cooler inventory).
• Keep bar and deck clean and organized, bussing tables.
• Assist servers, bartenders, and supervisors with bar cleanup.
• Help with opening prep, setup and organization.
• Update beer books and digital menus.
• Count and input monthly inventory.
• Assist with internal transfers and events invoicing.
