Job summary

Aspen One is seeking a Barback to set up and break down the bar area, stock supplies, assist with running food and bussing tables, and report to the Restaurant Manager in a seasonal full-time role in Idaho.

Responsibilities include serving guests, maintaining bar cleanliness, managing bar inventory, and staying compliant with Idaho liquor laws. Must have at least 1 year of restaurant experience and a HS diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with hotel F&B standards and procedures.
• Proficiency in communicating clearly both verbally and in writing to team members and customers.
• Ability to work in collaboration with others to achieve team goals.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests according to standards
• Assist in the set-up and breakdown of service items within the bar
• Stocking and restocking of service items such as china, glassware and silverware
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of the bar areas
• Replenish bar snacks on tables
• Proficient in all menus and describe all menu items to a guest if/when necessary
• Well versed in all Wines by the Glass (BTG) offerings
• Working knowledge on wine-cellar and able to find wines if/when needed
• Produce specialty hot beverages
• Familiar and follows Idaho liquor laws, does not serve intoxicated guest or minors
• Other duties as assigned
