Job summary

Limelight Hotels in Ketchum, Idaho, is seeking a Barback to support the bar area, assist with food running and bussing, and ensure service items are fully stocked for each shift. Reports to the Restaurant Manager and works within seasonal full-time hours.

The ideal candidate brings at least 1 year of restaurant experience, basic wine knowledge, and a commitment to hospitality excellence. Idaho liquor laws are observed; full-time seasonal position with benefits.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with hotel F&B standards and procedures.
• Proficiency in communicating clearly both verbally and in writing to team members and customers.
• Ability to work in collaboration with others to achieve team goals.
• Attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing service demands.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests according to standards.
• Assist in setup/breakdown of bar areas and service items.
• Stock and restock service items (china, glassware, silverware).
• Clear tables and maintain bar cleanliness; replenish snacks as needed.
• Describe menu items and wines to guests; knowledge of Wines by the Glass helpful.
