• Customer service experience preferred.
• Two to three years experience as Banquet Server in hotel or full-service restaurant industry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages for guests in a timely manner and up to hotel standards.
• Maintain stock and supplies of the banquet.
• Set up stations and perform side jobs to ensure mise-en-place.
• Provide warm and caring service to guests.
• Set up events within the required time.
• Interact with guests and patrons.
• Maintain clean and hygienic work areas.
