Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Backstage Experience Coordinator for the Truth in Nashville. The role reports to the venue General Manager and administers backstage hospitality programs, maintaining dressing rooms and artist services to ensure a premier experience for touring personnel.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year backstage/hospitality experience, 2–3 years in a similar role, and 1–2 years of leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Communications, Marketing, Business, or similar.
1+ years backstage/production/hospitality experience.
2–3 years work experience in a comparable role.
1–2 years of leadership experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Public speaking or meeting facilitation skills a plus.

Responsibilities

Administer various Live Nation and venue designed programs to support local production & touring personnel.
Maintain back of house hospitality expectations & backstage division-wide goals.
Meet & greet tours on arrival and assign dressing rooms; serve as the point of contact for hospitality needs.
Wash, dry and fold tour laundry and towels; tidy dressing rooms throughout the day.
Coordinate with backstage catering to meet artist rider requirements and enhance the culinary experience.
Support sustainability initiatives and act as the backstage brand ambassador.
Assist with post-event service recap and vendor invoice processing.
Collaborate with Production/Artist Services to create venues opportunities for engagement.
