Job summary

Encore seeks a Seasonal Audio-Visual Technician to set up and operate basic AV systems in a hospitality setting. You will report to the Operations leadership and contribute to seamless events while ensuring guest satisfaction. This is a seasonal, full-time role with benefits, overtime, and growth training.

Reapplication may be possible based on performance and business needs. The position requires lifting up to 50 lbs, a valid driver’s license, and 1 year of hospitality/AV experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate basic audiovisual equipment for events.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment and software issues and complete system entries accurately.
• Coordinate with staff and vendors; assist with invoicing and order entry.
