Job summary

Encore Global is seeking a Seasonal Audio-Visual Technician to support hotel events with basic AV setup, operation, and breakdown. The role emphasizes customer service, relationship building with clients, and on-site problem solving to ensure seamless events.

The position requires a high school diploma (associate degree preferred), and prior AV or hospitality experience is valued. A valid driver’s license is needed for possible vehicle operation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required for team members who may operate Company vehicles.
• External applicants must meet training and certification requirements within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown basic AV equipment as listed in qualifications.
• Exceed guest expectations and maintain positive client relationships on site.
• Troubleshoot equipment and software issues promptly and professionally.
• Complete system entry and paperwork accurately; coordinate with vendors for equipment.
