Job summary

Encore seeks a Seasonal Audio-Visual Technician to set up, operate, and strike basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality setting. You will ensure events run smoothly, interact with guests, and maintain strong client relationships on-site.

You will troubleshoot equipment and software, follow hotel processes, and assist with invoicing and equipment scheduling. This full-time seasonal role includes benefits, overtime, and training with potential reapplication opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required for team members operating Company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown basic audiovisual equipment to ensure flawless events.
• Exceed client expectations and maintain positive relationships with guests on site.
• Troubleshoot equipment and software issues and resolve problems promptly.
