Job summary

Encore Global in Miami Beach is seeking a seasonal Audio-Visual Technician to set up and operate basic/small-scale AV systems in a hospitality environment. You will support events, ensure smooth operation, and collaborate with hotel staff.

The role offers full-time benefits, overtime eligibility, and hands-on training to grow your career. You will interact with clients on-site, troubleshoot issues, and help finalize event setups.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required. Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred.
• A valid driver’s license required for team members that may operate Company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and break down basic AV equipment for events.
• Exceed client expectations and maintain positive relationships on-site.
• Troubleshoot equipment and software issues as needed.
• Submit accurate paperwork and coordinate with hotel staff and vendors.
