Encore Global is seeking an Audio-Visual Technician in a seasonal full-time capacity in Miami Beach, FL. You will set up and operate basic audiovisual systems, ensure guest satisfaction, and support revenue through accurate equipment handling and invoicing.

Qualifications

• External applicants must meet/validate and achieve/complete all training and certifications within 60 days of start date.

• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Equipment Operation: setup, operation, and breakdown of basic audiovisual equipment as listed in qualifications.
• Customer Service: exceed client expectations and maintain positive relationships on site.
• Technical Ability: troubleshoot and resolve equipment/software issues professionally.
• Systems Knowledge: complete paperwork and enter orders accurately; coordinate with staff and vendors.
