Job summary

Encore in Orlando is seeking a Seasonal Audio-Visual Technician to setup, operate, and strike basic AV equipment for hotel events, ensuring guest satisfaction. The role offers hands-on training, overtime, and a pathway to future opportunities within a hospitality-driven tech team.

The position requires strong customer service, basic AV knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment. An end date is anticipated for May 2027, with full-time benefits included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required for team members that may operate Company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and break down basic audiovisual equipment for events.
• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain positive client relationships on-site.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment and software issues in a timely, professional manner.
• Complete systems entry and paperwork accurately and interact with staff and vendors as needed.
