Trinity College in Hartford CT, an NCAA Division III, liberal artsand science college in the New England Small College AthleticConference (NESCAC), is seeking to fill seasonal coach position forthe Athletics division. Candidate will be expected to help theprogram continue to grow and build upon the program’ssuccess.

Responsibilities

• Coaching and teaching the skills, tactics and strategies whilecontributing to the overall development of NCAAstudent-athletes.
• Knowledge of and adherence to NESCAC and NCAA rules,recruiting, practice planning and execution, equipment maintenance,teaching responsibilities and mentoring student-athletes.
• The seasonal coach will be expected to help promote andfacilitate the College and Athletic Department’s commitment toDiversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.
• The seasonal coach will have administrative duties within theDepartment.
• This position requires both early morning and weekendavailability throughout the academic year.
• Other duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics
