• Follow NCAA/NESCAC rules, recruit, plan practices, manage equipment, teach and mentor athletes.
• Promote Trinity College's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives within the Athletics Department.
• Handle administrative duties within the Athletics Department.
• Requires early mornings and weekend availability during the academic year.
• Other duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics.
