Duininck Inc. is seeking an Asphalt Plant Oiler to support production operations at our Texas locations. This seasonal, full-time role involves assisting with daily maintenance, housekeeping, and coordinating with drivers to maintain smooth plant flow.

The position is based at Randolph Air Force Base in San Antonio, TX and requires passing base security clearance. Candidates should be safety-minded, capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, and willing to travel between plants as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to work safely in outdoor environments.
• Willingness to perform daily maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
• Ability to follow supervisor instructions and pay attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel and float between plant locations as needed.
• Experience with plant operations or related tasks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Plant Operator with daily maintenance, repairs, and housekeeping needs at asphalt plants.
• Direct truck drivers delivering materials to ensure safe and efficient plant flow.
• Perform cleaning tasks and equipment upkeep to maintain safe, organized work areas.
• Prepare equipment and plant components for relocation or transport when required.
• Maintain jobsite cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety requirements.
• Follow supervisor instructions closely and complete tasks with attention to detail.
