Job summary

Duininck Texas is hiring a seasonal, full-time Asphalt Production assistant to support plant operations at Randolph Air Force Base in San Antonio, TX. You will assist the Plant Operator, direct truck drivers, and perform daily maintenance to keep the plant running smoothly.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, working outdoors in various conditions, and traveling between plant locations as needed; candidates must pass base security clearance to access the site.

• Direct truck drivers delivering materials to ensure safe and efficient plant flow.
• Perform cleaning tasks and equipment upkeep to maintain safe, organized areas.
• Prepare equipment and plant components for relocation or transport when required.
• Maintain jobsite cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Follow supervisor instructions and complete tasks with attention to detail.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and be able to stand, bend, kneel, and crouch as needed.
• Work extended or overtime hours as project needs require.

This position with the Duininck Asphalt Production team offers the opportunity to support plant operations, perform daily maintenance and housekeeping, and work closely with drivers and plant leadership across multiple plant locations.

This position is located at the Randolph Air Force Base in San Antonio, TX and therefore will require candidates to pass additional security clearance to enter the base.
