Job summary

Duininck is seeking a seasonal, full-time team member to support asphalt plant operations at Randolph Air Force Base in San Antonio, TX. You will assist with daily maintenance, coordinate with drivers, and maintain a safe, organized work area.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Plant Operator with daily maintenance, repairs, and housekeeping at asphalt plants.
• Direct truck drivers delivering materials to ensure safe and efficient plant flow.
• Perform cleaning tasks and equipment upkeep to maintain safe, organized work areas.
• Prepare equipment and plant components for relocation or transport when required.
• Maintain jobsite cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety requirements.
• Follow supervisor instructions closely and complete tasks with attention to detail.
• Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.

This position with the Duininck Asphalt Production team offers the opportunity to support plant operations, perform daily maintenance and housekeeping, and work closely with drivers and plant leadership across multiple plant locations.

This position is located at the Randolph Air Force Base in San Antonio, TX and therefore will require candidates to pass additional security clearance to enter the base.

The Role:

• Assist the Plant Operator with daily maintenance, repairs, and housekeeping needs at asphalt plants.

• Follow supervisor instructions closely and complete tasks with attention to detail.
• Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
• Walk, bend, kneel, lift, stretch, and sit for extended periods.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Regularly work extended or overtime hours depending on project needs.
