OnTrac is seeking a Seasonal Area Manager for the San Antonio, TX facility. This onsite role leads a team, oversees sorting operations, and drives process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Starting pay ranges from $51,680 to $64,600 with potential to $77,520, based on experience. Schedule is Sunday–Wednesday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with seasonal end date 12/31/2026. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• GED or Diploma required; BA/BS degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of industry experience with at least 1 year in leadership.
• Ability to evaluate and summarize data and present answers.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office and mathematical skills.
• Effective communication with the ability to give constructive feedback.
• Experience hiring, training, motivating, disciplining, and evaluating employees.

Responsibilities

• Manage, staff and schedule a team of Package Handlers and Lead Package Handlers in an assigned area in the facility to ensure quality standards while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
• Monitor employee progress, provide ongoing feedback, identify areas for improvement, and address performance/attendance.
• Conduct pre-sort meetings, keeping employees informed of daily goals, upcoming events, and safety priorities.
• Record and manage the departures/arrivals of and the flow of volume from designated Linehauls.
• Execute various administrative duties, including safety training, operational audits, and end of shift reporting.
